As York Funeral Directors established in 1848, we are a well known and well regarded funeral home with more than 175 years of experience in arranging and conducting funeral services with care, kindness and compassion. Using our wide range of knowledge and expertise, we can help you to arrange the type of funeral you are looking for. We are now managed by the 6th generation of the Rymer family, so we understand how important those dearest to you can be and the impact of loss. Therefore, as we work to deliver high standards, we hope that families in our care feel confident in how we care for you and your loved one. Our funeral home is set in a beautiful Georgian building with plenty of parking. We are easy to reach from around York, including Bootham, Clifton, Heworth and Layerthorpe.
